• Share a clear unboxing video (continuous, without cuts)

• The product should be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Size Exchange

To make sizing stress-free, we offer a one-time size exchange per order.

Here’s how it works:

• Request the exchange within 48 hours of delivery

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Exchange depends on size availability

• Shipping charges for the exchange may apply

This policy helps us keep quality high while still giving you flexibility.
